You may return unused products in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of receiving them. Contact us first at shop@unmatekosova.com with your order number, and we will tell you where to send the parcel. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the item was our mistake.
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If something is damaged, wrong or missing, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it, including delivery, at no cost to you.
Once we receive and check a return, we refund the product price within 14 days — by bank transfer to the account you tell us, or as a store coupon if you prefer. Orders paid on delivery are refunded by bank transfer.
You can cancel an order yourself from your account while it is still “pending”. After it has shipped, please use the returns process above.
