We deliver to Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia and Montenegro.
Pay cash on delivery to the courier, or by bank transfer — we send you the bank details with your order confirmation and ship as soon as the payment arrives.
Orders placed on working days are usually prepared within 1–2 working days. You receive a confirmation, and we contact you to confirm delivery. Delivery times above start when the parcel leaves us.
When your basket (after any coupon discount) reaches the free-delivery amount for your country, shipping is free. You can see how much is missing in your cart and at checkout.
Please check the parcel in front of the courier. If something is damaged, tell us within 7 days — see our returns policy.
