Mañanita is known for a smooth, velvety cup. It is made from large-cut leaves, which means less fine powder in the gourd, a bombilla that clogs less often, and a mate that lasts for many refills. It comes from Las Marías — the same Argentine plantation behind Taragüi and Union.
Tip: add a little cool water first, then hot water — that keeps the infusion smooth from the first sip.
