Yerba Mate Union Original 1kg

The 1 kg pack of Union Original is for people who drink mate every day, share it with family or friends, or keep a supply at the office. It is the same smooth, mild, traditional Argentine yerba with stems (“con palo”) as the 500 g pack — just better value per gram.

Taste and character

• Smooth, fresh and mild, with gentle green notes
• Stems in the blend soften bitterness and make it forgiving for beginners
• Holds its flavour through many refills

Good to know

• 1 kg is enough for roughly two months of daily mate for one person, or a few weeks for a household
• Keep it in an airtight yerbera so it stays dry and aromatic
• Suitable for hot mate and for tereré

Tip: decant a week’s supply into a yerbera and keep the rest sealed in the original pack.
