When you order or create an account we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address, plus the items you ordered. We use it only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it.
Your data is stored securely with our hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel). We share your delivery details with the courier that delivers your order. We never sell your data.
You can view and edit your details in your account, and ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing shop@unmatekosova.com.
If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address and the time you subscribed, and send you offers and news. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
Our shop assistant Umki is an AI. The questions you type in the chat are processed by our AI service provider to produce the answer, and we keep the conversation without your name so we can improve the answers. Please do not write personal data, card details or passwords in the chat.
